Block printing & Hand-painted frames workshops
A Weekend of Creative Exploration
This time, I’m stepping outside the kitchen.
For one weekend only, I’m hosting two hands-on workshops focused on creativity, exploration, and working with new materials—no baking, just art.
These sessions are designed as a space to slow down, try something different, and reconnect with the joy of making. Each workshop introduces a distinct technique, but both share the same intention: to create freely, without pressure, in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
Whether you join one or both, this weekend is about stepping into something new—playing, experimenting, and enjoying the process as much as the result.
Come for the art, stay for the experience.
Saturday, April 11
10.30am-12.30pm
Open to all ages - To ensure the best experience for everyone, children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult with a purchased ticket.
An introduction to the art of repetition, rhythm, and mark-making.
In this session, you’ll design and carve your own stamp, then bring it to life through block printing on paper and/or fabric. We’ll focus on the beauty of pattern, the charm of imperfection, and the process of building something from a single idea.
It’s hands-on, slightly meditative, and deeply satisfying.
You’ll leave with your custom stamp and printed pieces—plus a moment to pause, connect, and enjoy coffee and a small sweet in between prints.
Sunday, April 12
2pm-4pm
Open to all ages - To ensure the best experience for everyone, children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult with a purchased ticket.
A slow, tactile session focused on color, composition, and personal expression.
In this workshop, you’ll transform a simple frame into a one-of-a-kind piece using hand-painted techniques. We’ll explore layering, brushwork, and intuitive design—guiding you to create something that feels personal, imperfect in the best way, and entirely yours.
No experience needed—just a willingness to experiment and trust your eye.
You’ll leave with a finished frame, ready to hold something meaningful—alongside a relaxed atmosphere, good coffee, and something sweet to enjoy as you create.
